high turnover rates provides constant opportunities for new positions.

Cons

Low salary in comparison with other companies in the industry Many senior management staff are incompetent and amoral, only get onto the position based on their personal relationship with higher management. Lack of effective communication and support from head office, many managers agree that the head office is focusing on its own goals instead of effectively and practically supporting managers. Corporate tolerates and even encouraging toxic cultures by promoting employees with a history of abusing behaviours.

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
