Business Outlook
Pros
The salary was reasonable to start - but, as time and the wages in the marketplace went up, FSR did not keep up.
Cons
The whole reason for taking the assistant manager job was to get training and graduate to being a Community Manager. Little training is done in the midst of out of control chaos! FSR Accounting Dept. seems to do whatever they want, as they miss deadlines and provide unintelligible reports. Our Community GM could not get accounting info to see how the business of the large condo association was doing. The condo Board was unhappy with FSR; we were besieged with disgruntled owners, Directors and employees.
