Pros
The pros were the HOA homeowners themselves. They were great and I enjoyed working with all of them.
Cons
First Service Residential does not support honesty or integrity as a management company. They train you as to their "company standards" but are completely corrupt internally, more interested in covering up mismanagement, overbilling the HOA association for costs that should have been incurred by FSR, taking kickbacks from vendors, etc. On top of all that, you will work with people who can't put together an intelligble sentence in English (their native language), spell, act in a professional manner; FSR "weeds out" real professionals because of the low standards they accept in employees. You could explain "ethics" all day, there are none here. Thank goodness no more of the stupid "first call" timewasting "team building" calls every morning. Tech support if terrible. Just a super bad experience all around.
