      Fun work Great people Fast-paced.

      Cons

      Management won't take responsibility for their actions. Managers are incredibly rude to staff and homeowners and leave you to fix it. Homeowners constantly scream at you. Pay is not good.

      They take good care of the office people

      Cons

      Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
