Where to begin...the faux positivity attitude is actually a mask in an attempt to hide the toxic environment. The meetings were never ending, being told you're great with clients but amongst staff not so much all because a person won't be in the mix & doesn't make their presence known loudly. Last I checked you're there to do a job & if you're still new to learning a new role then why see it as a negative when a person does commit to learning & doing their role well? Given all that you do in the role, the pay is very low. The interactions amongst folks are performative & disingenuous, only certain people will be promoted based on who they know (even if you've been there for 8+ years & had been the one to train a lot of the team) or who likes them best, very obvious folks in senior positions gaslight, look down on, and are passive aggressive towards collegues they deem below them. You're told you will be supported and are appreciated but in the next breath you're scolded for seeking help from a collegue a manager did not preapprove of or you do help a collegue but you're too loud about it, it's clear when a manager invest in a person & who they don't care to invest in. A major thing I disliked was seeing a collegue had reached an anniversary milestone & it had not been recognized for years but others milestones were recognized....that cannot be blamed on forgetting it, folks higher up simply did not care. Despite not being here long, I noticed a lot of red flags early. I see why there has been many people who have left or were let go & why the google reviews for this particular office are so low. Overall, I would not recommend this place. It was too good to be true aka. unrealistic & toxic.
