Thank you for the feedback. We're happy to learn the positive impact our resources have made especially since the launch of SimplrHub. However, we are sorry to hear that you have concern regarding potential changes that we certainly review carefully prior to implementation as it is always our focus to IMPROVE IT in the eyes of our clients and associates alike! I am confident you may be surprisingly pleased with the improvements we aim to make. - Kaitlin Buccheri, Communications and Engagement Manager

Pros

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
