Recently there have been really good people that have been fired for no reason. I watched my direct supervisor get fired because a few people in the office didn’t like being questioned about where they were and what they were doing and complained to the president of the company. And other people can’t do their job and are promoted and rewarded. Most of us live in fear of being terminated if we take a wrong step from everything that we’ve seen over this last year.
