Pros

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel comfortable from the start. The HR team is outstanding, and the talent acquisition department goes above and beyond. This is truly one of the best companies I’ve worked for in a long time. Communication is clear, procedures are well-organized, and the corporate team genuinely values employee feedback. I especially appreciate the easygoing environment, which motivates me to do my best and push myself even further.

Cons

The training could be more detailed and better organized. Property management is a fast-paced field where no two days are the same, which makes thorough training essential. While it’s understandable that there isn’t enough time to cover every detail, I believe a stronger focus and greater energy should be dedicated to the training process. But it is not a deal breaker.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
