Company will dangle the carrot of opportunities and growth They will provide you with long term targets to hit, whenever these are achieved and even exceeded the same old ‘the business has changed its direction, cliche will come out There is a serious and deep seated allowance for the top 10-20% of performers to carry the weight for the rest of the team. Low performers are allowed to get away with making no attempt to work towards targets, however if a high performer drops even 5% they are verbally lashed. As a manager the expectation is… and I quote “we pay you for 37.5 hours, however you will need to work at least 50”

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
