I have been part of this organization for 15 years, starting my journey as a Customer Service Associate (CSA) and growing into the role of Project Leader in the Software team. This progression reflects the opportunities and support provided by the company for career development. During my tenure, I have gained extensive experience in both Operations and Software domains, which has helped me build a strong understanding of end-to-end processes. Working in Operations taught me the importance of efficiency, customer satisfaction, and process excellence, while transitioning to the Software team allowed me to contribute to technology-driven solutions and project leadership. The company has provided me with a platform to learn, adapt, and grow professionally. I truly value the collaborative work environment, the focus on innovation, and the trust placed in employees to take ownership of responsibilities. Overall, it has been a rewarding journey, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to the organization’s success.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
