Pros

Free Sky Package on completion of months in the company, A package only on the 5 month on completing 5 months in the organisation, job can be less stressful

Cons

Poor Management, Management and upper officials do not know their job, rewards provided only to the one's who are under the upper management's wing irrespective of their performance, and the people who really work hard are never rewarded, once your in the company they can put you where ever they feel like, never a nice word to say about the best est employees who have really proven their skill, forced over-time and make some of the employees over work and take advantage of them, Management is never open to new ideas, Services provided in the company are so under the mark. very unprofessional from the top level itself. Nobody does their job properly except for the over enthusiastic security guards who perform work more over their pay grade. Lot of exploitation and change of rules as per the managements convenience, one can be documented for any silly mistake.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
