Pros

Pays well for sales. Made but fixed pay is sad But everything else is screwed up I like my job its nice as in the work

Cons

They expect to the agents to submit investment proofs in 1 hour of intimation, HR has no sense to understand what the ground staff is feeling. They say that the intimation on proof submission was shared to the TL & today is the final day for submission orelse 60% salary will go as tax for 3 months No appraisal process followed after being a top performaner, M on the same package for 2 yrs now HR & manager &TL are all plotting against the agent. They all gang up against us as if we are criminals Hr never meets the agents after induction they just dance to the TL AND managers tune Agent work at the mercy of TL as they can fire u anytime. They take advantage of your need for money and treat like scrap as per their requirements to achieve targets. No work life balance because of the split shift from so many months now

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
