Lower Management - Anonymous employee Firstsource Solutions Employee Review

Management treating you like a number is just business, but being incompentent for your position is unacceptable. HR playing the game of silencing the bullied instead of the bully. Upper management promoting based off of friendship instead of quality. Blaming numbers on employees and firing them instead of blaming the unqualified leads and supervisor. Demoting individuals based off of rumors and will ignore the true data. Your job will never be secure. My personal scenerio, changes were coming and people did not like that I was the only person safe especially since I didn't fit the friend bill. The leads who were not safe started tracking my time, when I went to the restroom, when I went outside to make a call. I would have not minded if these individuals were not lower class and were fully capable of attacking me in the work place. I presented this to HR and the harrassment increased until one of them did attack me. Luckily that conversation with HR was fully recorded for we were in an authorized phone area. I jad to get proof because at this point my mother, director of another company, had never witnessed something do crazy, so I was able to playback the whole conversation for her to hear HR admit to making it worse for she severly unqualified for the position. My mother wanted to initiate a law suit due to this, and I decided against it for it is hard to find a new job once you sue your old one. Now its pay day and they shorted my check, one last game to play. Do not work here, because this easily could be you. After all the drama and headache, actual jobs look at this as the McDonalds of office work. Not worth any of it.
