Pros

The orientation was great. They explained the details of the position and expectations for FirstSource. Equipment was delivered on time for my work from home position.

Cons

They will lie to you and not think twice about it. I serviced Syntellis while working for Firstsource and they never were on the same page on my progression. I was laid off due to my role being termed after a successful 6 months. They did not tell me this was a possibility during my interview. Never was once told that the position was a contract temp position. I met with directors weekly from Syntellis and was never told on how the major changes will effect my position. The company never assisted me with finding a different role (no matter how much I reached out). I was told multiple times how great of an employee I was and none of that was taken into consideration for another position. I did not hear from anyone about updates or even checking on me since the notice was given. YOU ARE A NUMBER WITH THIS COMPANY NOT A HUMAN.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
