Having come from a much larger, public company less than 2 years ago, I can say that the ability to make an impact on an organization in such a short amount of time has been extremely gratifying. Every role in this company is viewed as important and is given the autonomy to be successful and contribute something of worth to the company at large. Everyone involved at all levels is in the business of living the consistent message of a an "Exceptional Customer Experience" and this is evident in the culture that permeates every corner of the business.
