      Pros

      Fischer Homes has had the ability to grow to its greatest levels over the past several years, a remarkable feat given the state of the housing industry during that time. Nearly all other large builders were leaving markets, but Fisher Homes expanded. Founded on integrity and doing what is right in all areas gives Fischer Homes it's rock-solid foundation. Great place to work.

      Cons

      The homebuilding industry itself is a high-energy, high demand arena. That's not for everyone.

      Pros

      They do a lot for interns here, HR is kind to do outings and are flexible with hours it’s rare to come by this.

      My department specifically is male dominated and I experienced some bullying. It sucks to work hard, have boundaries, and still get made fun of for things I can’t control. My gender, my race, etc. This environment forced me to do a lot out of my comfort zone. Sometimes that was good, and sometimes it was just harmful,
