Bommanhalli office- Needs a good management & vision. - Anonymous employee Fiserv Employee Review

Fiserv has 2 offices in bangalore, one in Dairy circle & another near Bommanhalli. There is a lot of difference in 2 offices. I will write only about bommanhalli office where I worked for 4 years. The situation in Bommanhalli office is pathetic with No process in place. Many Directors/Managers are not qualified for IT sector. Employees forced to give 5-on-5 rating for their managers in annual feedback. No one is responsible to bring more business & more work to the Bommanhalli office. so employees end up doing least valued tasks in organisation.so no important work is driven from this unit. No growth prospects. Salary is below average. No onsite opportunity. Many benefits & perks are applicable only for employees in US but not to employees in India. Company looks out to save money in every aspect even for tools, trainings, certifications or any development programs.(even when company makes excellent profit).
