      Pros

      Assisting customers with setting up their Zelle account. Transferring callers to their Financial Institution if their Zelle account is not working.

      Cons

      If I need to take time off due to some health conditions, I have to call Alight set up a Leave ID, make a Dr's appointment & have them fill paperwork. This takes time & causes a lot of stress.
