Pros
Nice office, a lot of talented people who I enjoy working with.
Cons
They are not great at motivating employees to stay by keeping salaries at or near market value. There's constant change in upper management which trickles down to a lack of direction and support for lower management and independent contributors. With so many gaps in staffing, lack of support, and regular changes in project roadmaps, we still get plenty of pressure to complete projects in unreasonable time.
