Pros

Full time employment, bonuses if you're good at what you do, and the Hickory Site throws a party every 3 months for the top 10 percent of us on site and it's pretty nice. The benefit are also not bad, I was able to enjoy 6 weeks of medical leave when I had surgery on my shoulder and they never bat an eyelash about it. They do a decent job trying to balance your work life, for example I'm a student and my schedule has had to change based off of my scheduling needs. Putting in for a schedule adjustment is pretty easy and is usually changed pretty fast.

Cons

It's no different than most call centers (it's my third call center job) high attrition rate, dealing with difficult people (not necessarily the company's fault) and as our specific department (Credit Card Services) continues to expand they aren't hiring enough agents leaving us with constant call flow which is just mentally draining. Also management seems perform some pretty shady things such: for example they give raises during a specific time period for all agents (2016 it was April) and they gave those raises just as they bumped up EVERY agents pay to 12 dollars an hour (and more if you were skill enhanced) so they essentially timed their annual pay raise period with this mandatory pay raise in order to avoid paying agents the raises they were due. It was great they bumped up everyone's pay but those agents who have been working there with tenure were screwed out of their raises.

Pros

Pay is decent, great team mates

Cons

New CEO is ravaging the company from inside out. Layoffs, frozen job postings, and revoking all WFH privileges.
