Pros
Work environment is awesome. People are very much friendly. Lots of things that you can learn. If you work in this company, the company will make you excellent in process wise. The company gives you lots of gifts regularly. Lots of client interaction, which will make you expert in handling any client in any company.
Cons
As usual few people are there who love doing politics. My reporting manager was one of them. If you get under them then either you should follow whatever he says or else you should leave the company as bcoz he will torches you like hell.
