Pros
I like investigating research, which was challenging and rewarding. Had a chance to mingle with other employees which allowed me to form RELATIONSHIPS and help with Training.
Cons
Lack of communication from my manager. Even speaking was almost none existent. I constantly asked for training never received it ended up training myself. Was never given work detail or list, all my testing I trained myself.
