Observed that it is quite a lay back company which hardly have any focus on work. Instead more focus is on politics and saving own chair by big set of senior management. Specially found in one department i.e. CUS where head is a womanizer and all decisions are done considering the factor, eventually he has no rapport on floor. So it is clear what kind of culture they carry.
