Pros
There is a paycheck twice a month. They do reviews. They have a lot of work to do.
Cons
The atmosphere, morale and overall management of the Fiserv organization is not conducive to growth either personally or professionally. Each February, and sometimes again in June/July, there are layoffs at Fiserv. The bottom line is the driver for this company and how the work gets done is of no concern to management. Furthermore, people are promoted to leadership positions with no leadership ability. Employees are not valued and human resources does not address issues with management.
