Pros

The pay and hours were good. They started you at 16.00 an hour and most shifts were anywhere from 8am-4:30pm to 10am-6:30pm Monday-Friday.

Cons

The main director for the area I worked on was not good. The calls sucked. Majority of the time you were getting yelled at for things you couldn't control. Then the base your stats on surveys from customers, if you got a bad survey for something you couldn't change you were held responsible for that.
