Pros
They pay very well and have excellent benefits, good scope for progression. Almost all of the management in the UK are very decent & fair. Good social events.
Cons
Too much interference in UK activities from US colleagues. The HR department generally is not very well respected across the business, especially senior HR team. US management often expect you to be online and available at the same time as them (UK evenings) and even at the weekends.
