Pros
Work culture is good and employees have a good work-life balance here.
Cons
Policies are not very clear and are easily twisted by managers. It is a manager driven company. HR is weak and has very little say. Management here is India is just a figurehead, they have no say in organisations overall growth and are only translators for what top bosses at US say.
