Pros
Time flexibility It's a product based company so work pressure is moderate. Employee friendly policies. Work life balance. Easy movement to different locations. Company works on a little outdated technologies (as it's product based company) Infrastructure ambience and work environment is excellent. Over all it's a very good company to work, for long run.
Cons
Too many managers/GM's/Directors in the organisation. US culture of work is slightly changing to Indian IT culture.
