At Fiserv you are not really an employee, your just a tool they use. When middle management screws something up then they look for somebody to throw under the bus to the client. If you are a good employee then they will use you up and burn you out. Once you get burnt out if you keep your head down and don't do much then nobody will ask you for anything. But if you screw something up and your not a star employee then you better start looking. Health benefits are horrible compared to most other companies. Fiserv is run like a government org with bad benefits and pay.
