Pros
Not many pros for employees. Not the highest paying for similar careers in financial services. There are some (few) good leaders. If you are lucky enough to work with/for one of them, you can enjoy your role and do good things. However, as they pluck the herd at the senior level this is becoming more and more rare. They do have solid stock performance and good free cash flow but without trustworthy executives to manage and lead, this will not sustain.
Cons
Given it is not a charitable organization, of course they need to make money. Unfortunately greed puts the clients through hell and makes it nearly impossible for hard working individuals trying to do the right thing for both Fiserv and the client to succeed and feel rewarded. Who wants to go home each night feeling like they didn't satisfy anyone they are there to serve?
