Pros
Most employees were Great had many friends there over a ten year period.
Cons
no chance for growth. If you are doing a good job they try to trap you in it. will block any chance to move up. that is why I left after ten years. They tell the employees to do the right thing, but fail to do so themselves. I cannot tell you how many times I heard " BE GLAD YOU HAVE A JOB."
