Pros
Your co-workers are supportive and there is okay vacation time. Decent products that the company sells, so I suppose the company is sound financially.
Cons
Where to begin....terrible management, bad systems to try to do your work with, bad processes, managers are more likely to take credit for your work and hold you back, no advancement opportunities, borderline discriminatory environment toward some by management, don't get sick if you're on their health plan, the bare minimum number of holidays are given. Management talks about caring about employees, but the reality is clear that they don't matter at all.
