Pros
Team Members, Benefits are okay, Pay is good
Cons
Let's start off with how the management is heavily unorganized. The clients that we work for have no idea how our company works, so that can create a lot of misinformation spreading as well as angry customers. Work-Life balance is almost non-existent. Management consistently makes false promises. (There was even one manager there who was a narcissist and make work a living hell.) Too many double standards. Meeting your metrics is almost unachievable unless you cut corners. Commitments are too nit-picky. Management is not on the same page when it comes to policy changes. There are always angry customers due to esoteric policies that even our clients don't even know about. Stay as far away from this company as possible if you have any talents or goals in life, as this company will drain that away from you.
