no pros now that first data and fiserv have taken over

we have been working from home for 18 months and were told how amazing we were all doing. NOW only the vaccinated employees are being forced to go back to the office. the higher ups had the nerve to tell us that our “customers want us back in the office”. we have been assisting our merchants from home for over a year and i can promise you, none of them care where we are working. the fact that they think any of us believed that is an insult to our intelligence. that being said, there are MICE and RATS in the office and are leaving droppings in our desks. that is such a health hazard it’s unreal. this company does not care about its employees at all and it’s sad how much this place has changed.
