steep learning curve and it is hard to find someone who is willing to teach you the correct ways small team and everyone is in their own world - makes it difficult to learn, you almost feel as if you are bothering your co workers asking for their help management has no idea what you actually do, they just talk big and cannot help you with your work. no growth in this company unless you change your job within the company and move out of state. you are not allowed to wfh but mgmt will at least 3 days a week low 401k contributions
