Pros

Flex time and work from home, though it sounds like they are getting rid of both. The vision insurance is actually a pretty good deal, the company they go through is difficult to work with though. Relaxed dress attire.

Cons

If you’re a disputes analyst, you get somewhat better training. If you’re a fraud analyst, good luck. They train you on irrelevant information then throw you to the wolves. Not only is their training terrible, so is the PTO. 10 vacation days and 8 sick days, and you better use the days because you don’t get to keep them. Depending on who your supervisor is, they’re either an insane micromanager or you will have a conversation with them once in a blue moon. Frequent issues with their programs that are used, and they track how much you “work” with a program that tracks clicks and key strokes.

Pros

Pay is decent, great team mates

Cons

New CEO is ravaging the company from inside out. Layoffs, frozen job postings, and revoking all WFH privileges.
