Pros
Compensation is well but you are reminded of that often.
Cons
There is no company vision, lots of restructuring and layoffs happening but no one is sharing a vision or master plan - all they are doing is creating fear and panic among the teams. There is so much internal noise that nothing gets finished or accomplished. People step on each other, the clients suffer, they see it and are leaving at a record pace - hence needing to constantly lay off. Partners and vendors cannot get paid putting strains on relationships.
