Pros
Earlier Fiserv used to be great workplace to work at with good work life balance. Overall culture is good.
Cons
After acquisition of 'first data ' everything changed in Fiserv. Higher management changed and their rules are not maintaining work balance as they have introduced Sapience for micro-management 😑 You have to struggle alot to increase pay rate
