Good work/life balance Good exposure to working on the field and in direct communication with Business Units.
Cons
The work culture/Employee friendliness has gone really bad after the acquisition of FirstData. Relatively low hikes. Senior Management is a little clueless of handling the post Covid situation. Not much support in terms of Covid related home office setup.
