1. Before First Data acquisition it was the best company

1. Sapience is there to track each sec 2. No performance required. Only friendship with managers is more than enough 3. Old technology 4. Only friends of managers are sent to onsite 5. Surprisingly all non performing ppl are at onsite in fiserv.. 6. Very minimal hike 7. No work life balance 8. Manager never bothers what issue you are facing.
