Pros

Great Job when not overloaded with work. The people are all nice, and the managers are nice. Do good work and have good advancement. There are a lot of different technologies, so if you apply yourself, you can learn a lot and rarely be bored with dealing with the same technologies. This is a worldwide company so getting to work with international staff/peers is always fun.

Cons

Always short staffed, which causes a ton of work. This work is pushed down to the employees in all groups, which requires many additional hours to be worked. There is no such thing as a 40-hour week at this company; you will average 50 - 60 hours, working nights and weekends. The amount of issues in all the groups is so large that with low staffing and high demand for hours, it is impossible to get caught up. This also creates a situation where the amount of issues gets backlogged, and when an incident occurs, it just causes everything else to get backed up. In short, you will work a lot. You will work nights and weekends, be on call and work at least 50 hours a week, if not more (as salary so no overtime).

Pros

Pay is decent, great team mates

Cons

New CEO is ravaging the company from inside out. Layoffs, frozen job postings, and revoking all WFH privileges.
