Prepare for the last wave of remaining tenured talent to exit en masse soon. FB tries to sell the whole collaborator thing and that this is what the clients want. The clients don’t care one bit about where someone works. Most clients remain hybrid or fully WFH and they just want their applications to work and issues addressed. 2) Mandatory badge swipes to enter and exit the office. Micromanagement to the nth degree. They sell it as a “security” feature. What happens when there is, God forbid, a fire, natural disaster or active shooter situations whrw people are desperately trying to get out of the office? Is the badge swipe count worth the potential blood on your hands there Frank?
