Pros
When I started in 2018, this company was on it. They were extraordinarily people focused and had an incredible culture. Then they purchased another company and the CEO changed hands. Now the company is very much $ driven and centered. Work from home opportunities exist for certain roles. Management allows you to be creative and manage yourself. Great internal promoting.
Cons
Management only has limited control and zero backbone. Health benefits are so expensive. Annual salary is no longer remotely competitive. No bonuses or commission. Annual salary increases are minimal and rely on a bias rating system controlled by what’s in the tiny budget. Back to the company no longer being employee centered. Organization and communication between departments is poor. This company is on the woke train.
