Work from home, good benefits, provide all equipment with easy set up
Cons
Rushed training, throw you on calls barely having learned anything, when you need help you are left with crickets and good luck trying to talk to a supervisor. Programs needed to do job are always experiencing issues so you’re left on calls with little to no help and malfunctioning programs. The costumers absolutely love that, so then you get an earful over and over again. Did I mention that you never hear from your supervisor unless it’s to ask why you aren’t on the phones (usually because it’s not working properly).. anything else you ask a supervisor will be left on read. I’m sure other departments are amazing but the call center is seriously lacking !
