Cons
Frank payed Dion Sanders over $100k (likely much more) to give a motivational speech where he called the employees lazy and entitled and unsubtly threaten them with termination if they complained or asked for more pay. Beyond that, leadership is solely focused on hitting stock goals, leading to unofficial layoffs, flimsily justified 'fees' for customers, and a project backlog that is years long.
