Pros
Good People and teams besides Card Pointe/ Blue pay support. That is the only pro nothing else.
Cons
Managers are powerless and cannot do anything. Team supervisors are the worst and cannot do anything within there team. -Most complaints are ignored because supervisor doesn't care about there employee. -Work from Home mostly gone because the CEO doesn't like it and CEO doesn't really care for the employee just the bonus. -Near impossible to get promotions currently and when promotions do comes in place the supervisors of the team get lazy to train new people and give excuses saying there upper management is allowing it. I 've had issue with supervisors and her boss with my promotions. Every time there was promotions either someone quits or not enough people in team. -Fortune 500 company who pays their CEO 1.4 million dollars a year (without bonuses calculated) told us they couldn't afford snacks or two meals a week for the hundreds of employees they force to come into the office. -Company is well aware of how unhappy the workers are, as they directly ask them to not ask questions about hot-button issues during Town Hall meetings. Need I say more? Very obvious structure of the people at the top making millions and millions of dollars telling everyone below them to essentially shut up and do more work. All while raising their own pay checks by 6+ figures and barely giving everyone else enough of a yearly raise to cover inflation. Plus it's a call center job with work overload and no training at all and mangers and SUPERVISORs are not the best communicator. THERE ARE MORE LESS STRESS LESS JOBS AND LESS WORK WITH BETTER PAY. THIS JOB IS MORE STRESS LESS PAY AND SUPERVISOR AND MANAGEMENT are useless.
