Quality of work is no longer valued. Instead we are salaried employees who now have a minimum amount of time we are expected be in an office daily, tracked by badge swipes. Long tenured employees continue to lose their jobs because they don’t live near an office. Every minute is tracked by Sapience on our computers. Not just clicks and typing, but the actual applications we are using. The people who built this company and made it great are now being treated like slackers and thieves. Work life balance used to be a priority and no longer exists.
