I strongly advise against joining this organization. They enforce a mandatory 9-hour office presence with 8 hours of active work (Sapience tracking), and they are extremely strict about adhering to this policy. Failure to comply results in disciplinary action, including emails sent to multiple recipients highlighting any incomplete hours. The management is poor, non-technical, and lacks effective leadership. The company enforces a 5-day work-from-office policy and does not permit remote work under any circumstances. Additionally, office politics are prevalent, and job security is minimal. They have a hire-and-fire approach, frequently terminating employees—particularly during December and March.
