You're expected to be online, available, and obedient 24/7—as if you're being paid CEO-level compensation (spoiler: you're not). No transparency, no trust, and absolutely no accountability—except for employees. For management, it's always someone else’s fault. If you're talented and ambitious, this place will crush your soul, drain your energy, and then blame you for not smiling enough. HR? Oh, you mean the department that agrees with everything management says? Yeah, don’t expect much help there either.
