Pros
1.Client if you are fortunate to work with one. 2. New CEO took good step to remove Sapience tool unfortunately,not for all region 3 . Work life balance, depending on project.
Cons
1. You have to sit for 8 hours in office in addition to 8 hours of screen time (atleast 6 hrs of continuous typing/development tool utilisation with every move being recorded). 2. In some of project especially if they are fiserv product, your work doesn't count what really matters is how good you are in director's book. You have to face a lot of politics with people speaking bad about you behind your back ,even though you are high performing individual. 3. Even if you are ill , you are told to take leaves and only offered work from home if you are working on high priority tasks. 4. I observed lack of project planning where they are moving with multiple plan at once and dropping any plan at any moment and utilising same resource across different projects.
